wow how LAME just another stupid government agency in peoples business after they served thier time !
The reason for this new law, another registration is because of…? To better protect the children because…? If there were violations taking place or an upsurge in offenses, or any detrimental information whatsoever you can be sure it would have been in the headline to this article. The only reason it isn’t mentioned is because there is no cause for this new registration. No more offenses are happening, people on the registry aren’t offending their family members, nothing is different. This is just more abuse, excessive punishment and alienation so that some politician can get their name on a bill. When a politician lacks the vision and intelligence to lead the community and make positive changes for the betterment of all then they just cry Sex Offender and heap punishment on the discriminated class of our country. That always works.
I the the DHS was there to try to take the kids away any way they possibly can. Don’t they think rso’s are a danger to the child period? I feel for every rso that has to report to the dhs, and walk through that maze. I hope they dont start sending child protective services to those homes just becasue an rso lives there. That would be a nightmare.
